At Dermazen, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
